If a prince becomes a pauper,
and turns riches to rags.

Does he lose his morals, his identity,
his value to society?

Does he become a bad man,
if ever he were good?

If a pauper breaks the mould,
makes the grade as a millionaire.

Does he gain respect become a font,
gain wisdom?

Does he become a good man,

if ever he were bad?
