Scales of Life

And I thought today of the possibilities -
If we had been as we had wished.

Would all this exist?

Lives as we wanted V Lives as they are.
Could I balance those scales?

It seems
no matter how hard I try - they will not equalise.

To gain one - I must lose the other.
